Multiple document printing - click on the document you want to print first. ImageWriter II - self testing - draft mode - turn off the printer. Now hold down the on/off and form feed buttons, turn the printer back on and release both buttons simultaneously. Once the printer is doing a self-test in draft mode, you can test it out in standard mode. Press the line feed button (will pause printout), then press the print quality button
(puts the printer into standard mode). Now press the line feed button again. Once the printer is doing a self-test in standard mode, you can test high-quality mode. Press the line feed button, (pausing the printout), then press the print quality button
(puts the printer into high-quality mode). Now press the line feed button again and you will get a self-test in high-quality mode. To end the self-testing just turn the printer off by hitting the on/off switch.

Crashes - Printer and Modem - if both your printer and modem stop working it may be due to a recent power outage or system crash. Remove the battery in the back of the Mac for a few minutes then put it back in again. Don't forget to reset your clock.

Cleaning - Imagewriter & disk drives - several people have recommended using a Black & Decker Dust Buster for sucking dust and dirt out of the Imagewriter and the Mac. To suck dust out of the Mac use the disk drive opening.
